Posted it below is a letter sent anonymously by a member of the community.  It is posted because of the relevance of Kevin's response. If you have a concern or question, it is best to approach your neighbor in a cordial, non threatening way and the dispute or question will probably resolved in a very amicable way.  Everyone has different perceptions, give you neighbor a chance to express his or hers.  Another great advantage is that you might make a new friend.   However, if a Wiltshire at Oxford Homeowner is uncomfortable facing a neighbor regarding a possible violation of one of the community rules or regulations, they are urged to fill out a Report of Violation form which can be submitted by mail or email to CCR Management.
