Posted it below is a letter sent anonymously by a member of the
community. It is posted because of the relevance of Kevin's response. If
you have a concern or question, it is best to approach your neighbor in a
cordial, non threatening way and the dispute or question will probably resolved
in a very amicable way. Everyone has different perceptions, give you
neighbor a chance to express his or hers. Another great advantage is that
you might make a new friend. However, if a Wiltshire at Oxford Homeowner is uncomfortable facing
a neighbor regarding a possible violation of one of the community rules or
regulations, they are urged to fill out a Report
of Violation form which can be submitted by mail or email to CCR
Management.

A. Main Responsibility
- Assist Board in achieving goals for the community
- Adherence to governing documents
- Do not make decisions for Board; assist Board in implementing decisions
B. Services
- Financial Services
- Maintain checking accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Bank reconciliation
- Assist in budget preparation
- Bill and collect assessments
- Administrative Services
- Secure quotes & negotiate contracts (insurance, landscaping)
- Draft Board correspondence
- Prepare homeowner mailings
- Maintain Association & homeowner records
- Prepare resale certificates — 5407 to comply with UPCA
- Prepare settlement letters and documents
- Enforce deed restrictions
- Administrate architectural approval process
- Attend Board meetings
- Organize Annual Meeting and elections
- Liaison between Board and homeowners
