Attendance/ Call to Order/ Approval of Minutes
- Meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm.
- Minutes from last meeting were reviewed and changes were noted. Changes will be made and sent out for review.
Treasurer’s Report
- No landscaping bill yet from the contactor. Andrew will talk to Theresa at CCR.
- Budget was reviewed
Old Business
- Management fees from CCR were discussed. Anticipation of possible rate increase due to the change in management duties.
- Late fees were explained.
- Late assessments were discussed. Collection is a two-step process was explained.
- A new letter will be sent out in an attempt to collect currents fees that are overdue. The letter involves a payment plan.
Architectural Committee Report
The Hanes submission was discussed when the committee reconvened. The doors for the shed were discussed.
- Several decks, sheds and fences were reviewed and approved.
- A landscaping submission was discussed with possible wetland issues. The Army Corps of Engineers may need to be consulted on this submission by the homeowner.
- The committee adjourned to Hanes property for a physical inspection of the physical lot for review.
